Audio installations performed by certified technicians to OEM wiring standards also preserve warranties under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. For modifications near mechanical systems, we advise you on warranty implications before proceeding — no surprises.

Yes — for larger projects, we create 3D digital renderings and mood boards during the consultation phase. For interior work, we provide fabric and material swatches, color samples, and pattern layouts for your approval. Nothing goes into production until you've signed off on the design. Changes after production begins may incur additional charges.

Interior cosmetic mods (headliners, upholstery, ambient lighting) typically don't affect rates. Significant exterior modifications or performance upgrades should be declared to your insurer. We recommend informing your insurance carrier of any modifications over $500 to ensure they're covered. Some insurers offer specialty vehicle endorsements that cover custom equipment.

We provide care instructions specific to your materials. Alcantara and suede require dry brushing and specialized cleaners. Leather should be conditioned every 3–6 months with pH-neutral products. Fiber optic headliners are maintenance-free but keep the driver box dry. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners on any wrapped or coated surfaces. We're happy to do professional maintenance cleaning as needed.

Some customizations are fully reversible and appropriate for leased vehicles — window tinting, removable floor mats, wireless charging pads, and some audio upgrades. Permanent modifications like re-upholstery or headliner replacement should only be done with lessor approval. We'll help you identify which upgrades are lease-safe and reversible at turn-in.
