Freeway gravel, scratches and bird droppings hit a clear, self-healing film instead of your factory paint, so the car keeps its original finish.
Why PPF
Clear, self-healing film over your factory paint. It takes the damage, so the paint stays original.
The math
Typical repair bills for the damage PPF prevents, next to a full-body install.
Typical repairs over three years
One install, then the film takes the damage
About the same money over three years. The difference: with film, the car still wears its factory paint, under a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
Packages
From a front clip to the whole car, priced by coverage.
Commuting and all-weather use. 3–4 days in the shop.
Track days and spirited driving. 5–7 days in the shop.
Collectors and concours cars. 7–10 days in the shop.
Partial coverage on a budget. 2–5 days in the shop.

Installation
Six steps, from a paint check to a 24-hour cure.
Paint depth, contamination and surface condition checked so the film bonds properly.
Bumpers, mirrors and trim come off so the film wraps the edges, with no visible seams.
Decontamination and paint correction, so nothing gets sealed under the film.
Computer-plotted patterns for your exact model, trimmed by hand.
Film formed around curves and vents without stretch marks.
The car stays with us while the adhesive bonds, then gets a final inspection.

Premium PPF like XPEL Ultimate Plus and SunTek Ultra lasts 10+ years with proper care. The self-healing top coat maintains clarity and gloss throughout its lifespan. We've seen films last 12-15 years on garage-kept vehicles.
Absolutely! Track driving is one of the best reasons to install PPF. The film protects against high-speed debris, brake dust, and track rubber. Many of our clients specifically install PPF before their first track event. Just avoid tire contact with the film.
The top layer contains elastomeric polymers that "remember" their original shape. When exposed to heat (sun, warm water, or heat gun), light scratches and swirl marks disappear as the polymers return to their smooth state. Deep cuts that penetrate through won't heal, but surface scratches vanish.
No. Premium PPF uses pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to release cleanly without paint damage. We've removed 10-year-old films from dozens of cars with zero issues. The paint underneath is often in better condition than day one. Cheap films or improper installation can cause problems—another reason to choose certified installers.
Maintenance is simple: hand wash or touchless wash only (no brushes), use pH-neutral soap, and avoid harsh chemicals. We provide a maintenance kit with every install. Automatic brushes can lift edges over time. Wax and ceramic coating can be applied over PPF for extra gloss.
Modern PPF like XPEL Ultimate Plus uses non-yellowing urethane with UV inhibitors. The film stays crystal clear for 10+ years. Older generation films (pre-2015) did yellow, but that technology is obsolete. Our 10-year warranty covers yellowing, though we've never had a claim.
PPF won't hide existing damage—it's transparent, not corrective. We always inspect paint before installation and recommend paint correction if needed. Minor swirls can be polished out during our prep process. Deep scratches require professional detailing before PPF application for best results.
Gloss PPF enhances your factory paint's shine (looks like ceramic coating), while matte/satin PPF gives a flat, modern appearance. Both offer identical protection. Matte is popular for wrapping entire cars in a stealthy finish while protecting the original paint underneath. You can mix—gloss on body, matte on accents.
Front-end kits take 2-3 days, full body wraps require 5-7 days. We never rush—proper prep, cutting, application, and 24-hour curing are non-negotiable for flawless results. Rush jobs lead to bubbles, lifting, and poor edges. Your $100k+ car deserves the time it takes to do it right.
Absolutely! Lease return inspections charge heavily for paint damage—often $2,000-$5,000 for minor chips and scratches. A front-end PPF kit ($3,500-$4,500) pays for itself by avoiding these fees. Plus, you enjoy a pristine car throughout your lease. Many clients PPF every leased exotic they drive.
