This policy explains what information Leti Auto Works ("we", "us") collects when you visit letiauto.works, call us, text us, chat with us on our website or bring your vehicle to our shop at 794 Merchant St, Los Angeles, CA 90021, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and address.
- Vehicle details: year, make, model, VIN, photos of the damage and insurance claim details you choose to share.
- Records of our work for you: requests, estimates, invoices, payments and appointments.
- Calls and messages: when you call us, the call may be answered by our virtual receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request. Text messages, chat messages and emails you send us are kept with your request.
- Website data: basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) and anything you type into the chat or request forms on our website.
How we use your information
- To answer your requests, prepare estimates, schedule and do the repair, and send invoices and receipts.
- To contact you about your request by phone, email or text message (see "Text messages (SMS)" below).
- To keep the records our business, taxes and insurance require.
- To improve our service and protect against fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to serve you:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us and must keep your information confidential: our customer management and phone system (QuickVOC), payment processors, and email and text message delivery providers.
- Your insurance company, when you ask us to work on an insurance claim.
- Parts suppliers and partner shops, only the vehicle details they need for your repair.
- When the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give Leti Auto Works your mobile number and agree to get text messages, we use it to text you about your request: replies, appointments, estimates, invoices and updates on your vehicle repair. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts and HELP for help. Agreeing to get texts is not a condition of getting service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep information about your requests and our work for as long as we need it to serve you and as long as the law requires (for example, tax and warranty records). We delete information we no longer need.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and only staff who need it to serve you can see it. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
- Stop text messages at any time: reply STOP to any text from us.
- See, correct or delete your information: email info@letiauto.works or call +1 (213) 766-2269. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
- California residents may have additional rights under California law. Contact us to use them.
Children
Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
