Terms of Service
Leti Auto Works Effective date: October 21, 2026
These terms apply to the letiauto.works website and to the text messages, calls and emails you get from Leti Auto Works ("we", "us"). By using our website or agreeing to get text messages from us, you accept these terms.
Our website
The information on this website is general. Prices, parts and repair times are confirmed only in a written estimate for your vehicle. Please do not misuse the website (for example, by sending spam or trying to break into it). We may change the website at any time.
Estimates and repairs
Each repair is covered by the written estimate or repair order you approve. That document, not this page, sets the price and the work for that job.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program: Leti Auto Works customer text messages.
What we send: Leti Auto Works sends text messages to customers who ask for them, about their own request: replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and invoices with secure links, updates on their vehicle repair, and a follow-up after the work is done. We do not text bought or shared lists.
How you agree: by checking the "Text me about my request" box on our website, by texting us first, or by telling our staff that you want text updates. Agreeing is not required to get service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: you can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that texted you. We will send one message to confirm, and you will get no more texts from us unless you sign up again (text START).
Help: text HELP, call +1 (213) 766-2269 or email info@letiauto.works.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
